​Our Director Carl joined us over 11 years ago having already established himself as a pre-eminent recruiter in the Data & Analysis sector. He has since broadened his remit across the full Research spectrum whilst keeping a focus on Data & Analysis; plus he covers Commercial & Marketing roles for our clients too. Essentially Carl recruits for all sizes and types of businesses but has significant expertise in helping start-ups and companies undergoing transformation and change to find that elusive “right person” for particularly challenging and often newly created roles, where there isn’t a mould to fit.

Carl’s life outside work includes:

  • Travelling to exotic and even dangerous places

  • Satisfying his inner nerd via book clubs, film societies and becoming a published short fiction writer

  • Playing ragtime & swing; he has ‘mastered’ the ukulele and is now attempting the noisier banjolele
