Your Role:
- Build and deepen relationships with key clients, managing projects and expanding the business footprint across the Melbourne market.
- Deliver innovative insight and strategy solutions across high-profile FMCG and Retail clients, including product testing, brand, consumer sentiment, innovation, and strategy work.
- Collaborate with the broader business and in-house developers to leverage AI, digital tools, and innovative research methods.
- Mentor and support your team to grow their capability while fostering a strong, positive culture.
- Contribute to financial performance, project profitability, and the ongoing evolution of research offerings.
- Experienced in quantitative research with a track record of leading complex, multi-stage projects.
- An ability to lead, motivate and inspire a talented team of researchers.
- Commercially minded and a track record of growing accounts and helping win new clients.
- Passionate about leaving a mark – shaping the way research is delivered, influencing clients, and helping the business grow in innovative ways.
- Excited to step into a leadership role with ownership and influence, and help define the next chapter of a successful business.
