What you’ll bring:

• 8–10+ years of experience in market research or insights, ideally with time in a leading consultancy.

• Proven expertise in CX and VOC programs, with the ability to translate complexity into clear, actionable strategies.

• A passion for telling stories with numbers – strong data analysis skills (Q, SPSS or similar), a plus.

• Natural leadership qualities to mentor and inspire a growing team of bright juniors.

• The ability to build deep, trusted client relationships and deliver work of the highest quality.
