π§ About the Agency:
A full-service healthcare research and behavioural science consultancy
Specialists in qualitative and quantitative research with deep roots in ethical pharma
Projects include segmentation, brand tracking, treatment pathway exploration, comms testing, behavioural change initiatives, and more
The Behavioural Science Unit translates cognitive psychology into tangible healthcare solutions β e.g. correcting medication errors, breaking prescribing habits, and improving treatment adherence
Flexible, remote-first team (with regular meetups in Sydney)
π What Youβll Do:
As a Research Director, you will:
Build and nurture client relationships, becoming a trusted advisor
Lead complex qual and quant projects from pitch to presentation
Apply behavioural science frameworks to commercial healthcare challenges
Mentor and inspire mid and junior researchers across project lifecycles
Collaborate on business development efforts and contribute to agency growth
Keep your finger on the pulse of pharma innovation and trends
Drive creative, evidence-based storytelling in reports and presentations
π― Who Weβre Looking For:
Deep experience in healthcare/pharma market research (this is essential)
Strong hands-on skills in both qualitative and quantitative research
Proven leadership in project design, fieldwork, analysis, and reporting
Confidence in taking client briefs, designing custom methodologies, and pitching
A natural communicator and mentor who thrives in a collaborative environment
Passionate about behavioural science and healthcare impact
