🌏 What You’ll Do:

As a Research Director, you will:

• Build and nurture client relationships, becoming a trusted advisor

• Lead complex qual and quant projects from pitch to presentation

• Apply behavioural science frameworks to commercial healthcare challenges

• Mentor and inspire mid and junior researchers across project lifecycles

• Collaborate on business development efforts and contribute to agency growth

• Keep your finger on the pulse of pharma innovation and trends

• Drive creative, evidence-based storytelling in reports and presentations

🎯 Who We’re Looking For:

• Deep experience in healthcare/pharma market research (this is essential)

• Strong hands-on skills in both qualitative and quantitative research

• Proven leadership in project design, fieldwork, analysis, and reporting

• Confidence in taking client briefs, designing custom methodologies, and pitching
