- 18 months+ experience in research, data, analytics, or consulting (academic or commercial)
- A curious mind that loves solving problems and finding patterns
- A confident communicator who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Excel, Q, SPSS, SQL, R, or Tableau is a plus
