Job description

Are you a curious, hands-on researcher with a passion for healthcare and behavioural science?

An independent insights consultancy with deep roots in pharmaceutical and healthcare research is looking for a new team member to join their collaborative and agile team. You’ll work across a mix of ad-hoc qualitative and quantitative studies tackling complex topics like cancer, respiratory conditions, dermatology, and rare diseases.

Why You’ll Love It Here:

  • 100% ad-hoc project work. No rinse and repeat

  • Work across both quantitative and qualitative research

  • Join a tight-knit team that values curiosity, rigour, and autonomy

  • Enjoy flexibility with remote work and one in-person collaboration day per week

What You’ll Do:

  • Run end-to-end quantitative studies – from design and scripting through to deep-dive analysis and storytelling

  • Conduct in-depth interviews (IDIs) and other qualitative methods to uncover behavioural insights

  • Translate data into commercial insights that influence brand, patient, and HCP decisions

  • Collaborate closely with senior consultants and behavioural scientists to build compelling narratives

What You’ll Bring:

✅3+ years of market research agency experience within the healthcare sector

Strong hands-on experience with quantitative analysis and tools like Q or similar
Experience running qualitative interviews, especially IDIs
Prior work in pharmaceutical/healthcare market research
Confidence when managing multiple projects independently and seeing them through from start to finish
Passion for understanding human behaviour and improving healthcare outcomes
A curious mindset and ability to connect the dots across data sets

Ready to Join a Purpose-Driven Team?

This is an opportunity to work with one of the most innovative independent healthcare insights consultancies in Australia. You’ll be part of a team that challenges convention, embraces complexity, and delivers work that has a genuine impact on health outcomes.
