What You’ll Do:
- Support and lead parts of quantitative and mixed-method projects
- Build day-to-day client relationships and become a go-to contact
- Help scope work, prepare proposals, and contribute to pitches
- Present insights and support senior stakeholders
- Deliver high-quality outputs with strong attention to detail
- Support juniors and get involved in team culture and thought leadership
- 2+ years’ experience in market research, insights, or consulting
- A solid quantitative grounding - survey design, data interpretation, basic stats
- Curious, proactive and eager to grow your commercial and strategic skills
- Confident communicator who enjoys working with clients
- Qual experience is great to have (not essential)
- Comfortable using tech and open to experimenting with AI tools
- A genuinely supportive environment focused on learning and progression
