As a Research Manager, you’ll:
- Take ownership of client accounts and lead the delivery of complex research programs from design through to insight communication.
- Build trusted client partnerships, ensuring projects meet strategic objectives and deliver clear commercial impact.
- Oversee multiple projects, guide junior team members, and contribute to business growth through quality delivery, client satisfaction, and thought leadership.
- Solid experience within a social or market research agency
- A deep understanding of research methodologies and their strategic application across diverse industries
- Proven ability to independently manage ad hoc research projects
- Strong analytical, interpretive, and storytelling skills
- Excellent client relationship management and presentation skills
- Growing commercial acumen, including budgeting, pricing, and profitability
- Demonstrated ability to coach, guide, and develop team members
- Tertiary qualifications in marketing, social sciences, psychology, business, or a related field
