The role:
As a Research Manager, you’ll:
  • Take ownership of client accounts and lead the delivery of complex research programs from design through to insight communication.
  • Build trusted client partnerships, ensuring projects meet strategic objectives and deliver clear commercial impact.
  • Oversee multiple projects, guide junior team members, and contribute to business growth through quality delivery, client satisfaction, and thought leadership.
We’re looking for:
  • Solid experience within a social or market research agency
  • A deep understanding of research methodologies and their strategic application across diverse industries
  • Proven ability to independently manage ad hoc research projects
  • Strong analytical, interpretive, and storytelling skills
  • Excellent client relationship management and presentation skills
  • Growing commercial acumen, including budgeting, pricing, and profitability
  • Demonstrated ability to coach, guide, and develop team members
  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing, social sciences, psychology, business, or a related field
