Associate Director:
Are you stepping up to be a leader of people, projects, and clients?
We’re looking for a budding people leader, who will be responsible for managing and developing 1-2 amazing consultants.
Growing in your insights craft by owning quantitative research projects end to end and guiding the team’s delivery, you’ll work closely with an amazing Director on the cultivation and growth of a killer client base.
Additionally, there’ll be plenty of interesting and meaningful opportunities to work on wider company initiatives and thought leadership, to see you rise as a future leader in the business.
Key responsibilities:
  • Leverage evidence-based consumer insights to help businesses unlock growth – build great brands, launch, and optimize products and deliver exceptional experiences!
  • Build strong client relationships with Retail, Service, Banking & Social clients.
  • Act as a strategic advisor able to ask question, advise on approach and deliver commercial insights.
  • Contribute to compelling proposals
  • Design customized quantitative research frameworks
  • Weave in some qual
  • Interrogate and synthesizes data
  • Craft smashing deliverables
  • Present compelling, strategic narratives to clients
  • Be an awesome mentor to your direct reports and junior staff
Candidate Criteria:
We’d love to hear from you if you have c6 years + experience in the market research/consumer insights industry. Agency experience is essential.
You’ll be able to bring gold standard thinking to quantitative research programs from proposals to presentation. A depth of experience across creative concept testing, customer journey mapping, customer segmentation, U&A, pricing strategy, brand positioning and category strategy highly desirable.
