As an Associate Director, you will quickly play a key role not just in the running of projects, but in team and client leadership, lending your strategic capabilities to wider business questions as you move up the ranks.
  
What they’re looking for:
  • An established AD level researcher with strong experience running quantitative or dualist research projects from pitch to presentation
  • A keen interest in brands and consumer behaviour
  • Ideally strong experience in the FMCG sector
  • Strong client comms and relationship building capabilities
  • A strategic mindset and constant curiosity
  • Problem solvers who love understanding the why, why and what's next
  • Technical capabilities with analytical packages such as Excel, Q, SPSS, SQL, R
  • Collaborative team players
  • A supportive mentor and inspirational leader to juniors
