Drawing upon quantitative & qualitative methodologies their experts in – Brand Strategy, Market Exploration, Concept Testing, New Product Development, Consumer Experience and Cultural Insights.
They partner with some of Australia’s best home-grown brands across beauty, wellness, technology, fashion, FMCG, food, beverage and insurance. Their focus is on delivering insights in engaging ways – there are no standardised reports, but recommendations deliver through videos, workshops, podcasts & personalised websites.
The role – Account Director
Reporting directly to the amazing founder, we’re looking for an experienced quantitative or dualist researcher who’s ready for the next step in their career and is craving more autonomy, variety, and excitement.
As an Associate Director, you’ll lead quantitative, qualitative, and mixed-methods ad hoc and tracking projects end-to-end with key responsibilities encapsulating:

- Solving meaty client challenges for big brand accounts
- Distil briefs, deeply understanding key problems
- Acting as a trusted advisor and sounding board to clients
- Writing compelling proposals and winning new biz
- Designing customised quant research (weaving in qual)
- interrogating data (SPSS/Q)
- Insight generation and storytelling
- Deliver engaging presentations that inspire & engage clients
- Mentor and guide juniors, fostering a culture of collaboration
The essentials
- 6+ years commercial agency experience within research, insights & strategy
- Strong quantitative capabilities – SPSS/Q
- An appetite for winning new business
- Experience tackling diverse briefs across industry types
- Team leadership and mentor experience – you inspire!
