  • Managing project logistics, timelines, and suppliers on smaller projects (with guidance)
  • Designing screeners, questionnaires, and discussion guides in collaboration with senior team members
  • Analysing and interpreting qualitative and quantitative data to uncover meaningful insights
  • Contributing to clear, visually engaging presentations and reports
  • Participating in client meetings and helping communicate findings and implications
  • Actively investing in your own professional development and learning
The Work You’ll Contribute To
Projects span a wide range of sectors and questions, including:
  • Helping organisations navigate strategic and commercial decisions
  • Informing public policy and social programs
  • Supporting behaviour change, communications, and service design
  • Giving voice to communities and populations whose perspectives matter
The Team Environment
You’ll join a collaborative, high-performing team that:
  • Works closely together and shares responsibility for success
  • Values curiosity, rigour, and thoughtful debate
  • Encourages learning through mentoring and hands-on experience
  • Is committed to delivering work with integrity and impact
About You
You’re someone who:
  • Is intellectually curious and passionate about research, insights, and strategy
  • Enjoys working with data and finding the story behind it
  • Has strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Communicates clearly and confidently, both in writing and verbally
  • Thinks commercially while also appreciating the broader social context of decisions
  • Is proactive, accountable, and comfortable asking questions
What’s On Offer
  • Exposure to both commercial and social impact projects
  • Hands-on involvement in qualitative and quantitative research
  • Close collaboration with experienced consultants and leaders
  • A supportive environment focused on learning and development
