This professional services team boasts the largest consumer insight and experience design practice across the region. Partnering with colleagues across a wide range of disciplines and business units, this is a rare opportunity for a talented qualitative researcher to apply their end-to-end insights skills in new and alternative ways – organisation change, marketing, strategy, operations, technology, transformations, mergers & acquisitions, digital and advanced analytics, across industries and geographies.
With a focus on helping clients transform what they do, the team also sits behind some of the global thought leadership pieces produced by the firm. They support clients in both the commercial and government spheres. With offices in Sydney, Melbourne, or Brisbane we are open to speaking to strong talent Australia wide.
The day-to-day:
Drive the delivery of qualitative research throughout the project lifecycle
Develop client-ready materials including proposals and research design, research instruments (screeners and discussion guides) and outputs (insights-driven reporting, workshop facilitation etc).
Coach and manage the Research Consultants assigned to studies, ensuring quality is there
Client and stakeholder engagement
Skills for success:
5+ years of qualitative research and insights experience, preferably at a consultancy or market research agency
Hands-on moderation and interviewing skills and the ability to train and mentor others in this space
Effective project management skills and the agility to work with competing demands
Able to transform information into insights and business strategies
Strong analytical, interpretation and writing skills
