They are experts in large-scale consumer segmentations,  brand positioning, customer acquisition and churn, demand forecasting, pricing strategy, customer experience and new product development.
The role: As a Qualitative Research Consultant you will be involved in all stages of a project. You’ll work with the client to take the brief and write the proposal, write discussion guides and screeners, be hands-on with interviewing and moderations, conduct detailed analysis and translate that into insights and impactful client deliverables including presentations and workshops.

So what do you need?
  • A solid toolkit in Qualitative market research within agency or consultancy settings, with Quantitative experience considered a valuable bonus.
  • A proven track record in at least some of the following qualitative methodologies IDIs, workshops, focus groups, ethnography, online interviews, vox pops etc.
  • A keen aspiration to establish robust client engagement and budding presentation skills.
  • Brilliant delivery and project management skills
  • The ability to think strategically and turn the what into the so what for your clients
