Qualitative Associate Director/Senior Consultant – London/Hybrid

Job description

CEB200

Qualitative Associate Director/Senior Consultant – London/Hybrid

Growing Consultancy – Tech, charity, auto, food

Up to £57,000+ great benefits!

This newly formed consultancy has seen impressive growth and success working with public and private sector clients on some of the most complex brand and business challenges! With their commitment to being an employee first business, they seek those who love what they do and share their passion for combining strategic thinking and imagination with an analytical mindset.

As the newest member of the specialist qualitive team, you will join a brilliant group of forward-thinking fun loving quallies on their mission to continue to deliver inspirational insights and help their clients imagine a different future. Always asking ‘what could be tomorrow?’ you will work on a range of strategic and fast turnaround projects for clients across a variety of consumer sectors including tech, automotive, hospitality, food & drink, and telcos, as well as charities and government departments. Many projects will involve collaborating with different teams across the business (quant, analytics, consulting) and will cover advertising, brand, reputation, innovation, design, culture and more.

This role is ideally suited to a Research Manager looking for a step up, or an established AD looking for a role which will allow them more autonomy – the chance to explore new technologies, new ways of working and let their imagination run free! Extensive experience running qualitative research projects in an agency or consultancy will be essential, and you will be an expert at using primary research methods (ideally digital and face to face) and well versed at writing proposals, putting together insights stories, and presenting to clients. Team fit will be equally important – they describe themselves as supportive, fun, adaptable, diverse, human, creative, friendly, and fluid.  If this sounds like you then please do get in touch to arrange an informal chat – cbiles@resourcesgroup.com

Resources Group’s Diversity and Equality Policy determines that we submit applicants to our clients on the basis of merit and ability, regardless of race, colour, age, disability, family responsibilities, gender, marital status, nationality, religious or political views or affiliations, sexual orientation or socio-economic background.
