Qualitative Associate Director – Global research -   Growing Boutique!

Central London (Hybrid) , £50 - £60,000 + good benefits

Specialising in innovative digital and visual methodologies, this global agency deliver impactful insights for big name brands in a host of consumer sectors including fmcg, travel, and media. Not always relying on traditional techniques, this agency uses video and imagery to help capture, analyse and share findings in a more insightful and engaging way, and the creative team work hard to break the mould of existing research practices and throw themselves to the forefront of innovation in both research methods and insight thinking.

An exciting opportunity for an Associate Director level qualitative researcher (or ambitious Research Manager) to become an integral part of this innovative boutique’s qualitative team.

This role is ideal for a researcher with an entrepreneurial spirit, keen to be part of a diverse forward-thinking team. From day one you will find yourself working on fascinating projects across multiple markets, helping high-profile clients make sense of ever-changing consumer behaviours and cultures. Projects are across the marketing mix – including brand, communications, and innovation work, and are a real mix of big strategic exploratory pieces and quick turnaround tactical projects.

The successful candidate will have gained significant experience leading international qualitative research projects utilising an array of methods including focus groups, workshops, online communities and ethnography plus have a brilliant track record of developing strong relationships with senior clients. You will be a creative, strategic thinker, excited by the idea of inspiring clients and managing a junior researcher as they develop their skills.

Extensive knowledge of the world of marketing, branding and communications is essential. An excellent storyteller, you will enjoy the buzz of delivering truly strategic insights and seeing the impact of these in the real world.  The team like conscientious, collaborative, passionate people who are ready to get stuck in!
