Take your project management career to the next level with this hugely successful strategy & insight consultancy. A versatile Qualitative Project Management professional superb communication and leadership skills is sought to join a high-profile Qualitative Research team.

As Project Director will lead a small team, manage suppliers and promote best practice and efficiencies across the qual project management function and the qualitative research team.

Inspiring and upskilling the team to deliver multiple qualitative consumer and b2b projects, (UK and International) and achieve high quality output, you will be an open-minded team player with strong relationship building, coaching and negotiation skills with significant expertise gained in qualitative operations/ project management.

Proactive, you will be keen to step up and take on a highly visible but still hands-on role and ‘lead from the front’, mentoring talented PM’s under one shared goal and mission to provide an exceptional project management service to this dynamic research business.
