Panel Manager - Tech-based Consumer Insights
UK wide (Remote working) - £35,000 - £45,000 + Benefits
This tech led insights group utilise custom built technology to push the boundaries and capabilities of the traditional research and insights industry. As they embark on their next phase of growth, they are focused on bringing new, technology-based products to market generating meaningful real-time insights at speed that rapidly aggregate and analyse data.
Joining the dedicated operations team, you will enjoy a client facing operational role where you will collaborate with multiple clients and internal teams to setup and manage online communities that assist clients in achieving their research goals and building relationships with community members.
More specifically you will have the opportunity to get involved in:
Oversee and managed all aspects of building and maintaining client online communities including helping with technical setup and onboarding new clients, responding to client inquiries, community engagement and panel health monitoring and reporting
Partnering with internal research team
Leading client meetings and presenting
Troubleshooting issues and promoting opportunities for improvement – working closely alongside technical, product and development teams
Process improvement and identifying opportunities for automation
