Central London (Hybrid, c.2 office days) , £ 36,000 - £43,000 + strong benefits

This strategic research consultancy is well known for its sophisticated and strategic offering, combining high level research and analysis with in-depth sector knowledge to give clients real understanding of their markets and customers. Growth of the business has led to the need for an Insight Manager to manage a range of exciting quantitative, qualitative and mixed methods research projects including brand, comms, innovation, customer experience, and segmentation
This role will allow you to develop an in-depth knowledge of your clients businesses working across a range of sectors including public sector, financial services, charity, media, retail, travel and telecoms. Leading projects end-to-end including managing junior researchers, designing questionnaires and discussion guides, moderating depths and focus groups, through to reporting and presentation. You will ensure your client is receiving a high standard of insight, working in close collaboration with them on commercial strategy and business objectives on a daily basis.
This role requires a strong client relationship manager who can deliver insights with a storytelling approach and make pertinent recommendations to influence client marketing. You will have a market research agency background and you will demonstrate the necessary ambition and drive to be a future leader in the consultancy.
