Central London or Midlands (Hybrid working)

£36,000 - £41,000 + London Weighting + strong benefits

A high profile, not-for-profit membership organisation and representative body is looking for a talented Insight & Intelligence professional to join their growing Research, Data & Analytics team. The organisation has an extensive membership of a profession that improves and changes lives and its work is wide-ranging - promoting the profession and its impact, influencing policy-makers, recognising achievements in the field, ensuring diversity and inclusion in the sector and representing the interests of their members.

This is a great opportunity use your insight generation skills to identify sector trends to support organisation strategy and policy development at a time of significant investment in the transformation of the organisation.

You will identify needs and deliver analysis on a diverse range of issues that affect their members and the wider sector. Leveraging and synthesising multiple sources of customer, sector, channel and competitor intelligence, including PESTLE and SWOT analysis, you will create visually engaging, story-led insights to signal business opportunities and recommendations. 

This role has both an internal and external outlook, working with stakeholders across the organisation, as well as external partners, requiring the ability to championing the value of insights and effectively identify, build relationships, communicate with and influence a range of audiences.

With insight or market intelligence experience using quantitative and qualitative data, gained on either the agency or client side, you should have a sound grounding in monitoring and interpreting trends and be well-versed in manipulating, analysing and visualising data.
