They act real consultants to their clients – getting close to their business to really understand their needs and pain points, mirroring the approach of a management consultancy.

They are known for their ability to transform complex data and for harnessing the latest and most sophisticated qualitative and quantitative methods.

About you
If you are a commercial researcher on the lookout for a new challenge and want to stretch your quantitative expertise further, then this could be the opportunity you have been looking for.
With ideally 4+ years’ experience running tracking and adhoc projects from brief to delivery in an agency environment, you will love delving into complex data sets and presenting to clients with a commercial edge. You will have expertise across a range of methodologies and industries and be confident in survey design, analysis (Q) and building lasting client relationships.
Strong analytical capabilities in the likes of choice modelling, segmentation, conjoint, regression etc. would be an advantage but a keen interest in developing these skills will be enough for the right person.
Team fit will be really important. As a small team they value collaboration, openness, and kindness. This is a no egos environment, and no idea is too small and no person too junior to be taken seriously. They do yearly offsites and strategy sessions and loads of lovely social events, so the team really get along well and like spending time together.

Why join?
  • Culture. It is a genuinely lovely place to work with a real team vibe and leadership who take wellness, flexibility and balance seriously.
  • Take your skills one step further. Here you will see yourself quickly developing expertise in new analytical approaches and methodologies.
  • Endless opportunities for personal development and progression. People are rewarded and promoted when they do well and given tailored individual development plans to get them to where they want to be.
  • Competitive salary and benefits including a lucrative bonus, social events, and additional leave.
