The role: Behavioural Scientist
This role will suit a strategic thinker who can think creatively, analytically, and laterally and connect the dots between brands, people and culture. A full-service consulting role, you’ll be involved in all elements of a project, from initial client brief to research design and delivery.

Bespoke, problem-led, no projects are the same. Recent projects vary from understanding Aussies future needs for an ethical insurance provider, designing behaviour change campaigns to help teens stay safe online for a government department, to capturing real-time behaviour during mealtimes through social media. B-Corp certified, everything they do centres around positively contributing to the environment and people.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitating client conversations
  • Delivering strong project management
  • Explore and diagnose briefs and client problems.
  • Design qualitative methodologies and behavioural frameworks
  • Facilitate focus groups, in-depth interviews, workshops and ethnography.
  • Triangulate, synthesise and interpret qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Design and apply evidence-based interventions.
  • Translating recordation’s into reports, stories and presentations
  • Inspire clients to action and help implement interventions.
The essentials:
  • Prior agency experience within branding, qualitative research, cultural insights or behavioural science
  • Demonstrated understanding of behavioural methodologies – nudging, social forms, framing, heuristics, RCTs, rational choice, scarcity, etc
  • Comfortable grappling with problems with a high degree of ambiguity
  • Natural ability to think analytically, creatively, and laterally all at once
  • Genuine, down-to-earth, enjoy working collaboratively and loves learning.
This role is based in Sydney, but they are open to applicants in Melbourne or Brisbane.
