Research Director - Behavioural Science

Job description

Research Director - Behavioural Science – Leading Insight Consultancy

Central London (Hybrid 1-2 office days), £85-95,000 + strong benefits

Exciting opportunity for an experienced Research Director who is an expert in Behavioural Science to take a leading role in shaping strategic insight for top clients.

You’ll be joining an established Behavioural Science team with the scope to stretch your thinking, apply your expertise to commercial challenges, and collaborate with clients and researchers across diverse sectors, from FMCG and retail to tech, finance and public.  With access to cutting-edge methodologies, neuroscience, and the latest thinking in human understanding, you’ll work to deliver powerful, evidence-based recommendations that influence communications, customer experience and behavioural outcomes.

This role will suit if you are excited by the opportunity to champion and embed Behavioural Science techniques in projects across business, build strong client relationships and lead talented project teams. You’ll be confident managing complex projects, in creating behavioural design solutions for messaging or journeys, and motivated to lead pitches to win behavioural science-led projects.

We’re looking for a Research Director who is curious and collaborative, able to link quantitative, qualitative and behavioural disciplines with a commercial lens and is always looking to connect the dots between what people think, feel and do. You’ll be a brilliant communicator, able to distil insight into stories that land with impact.

If you're a commercially experienced Research Director and Behavioural Scientist with a proven track record gained in an agency or consultancy in applying behavioural science techniques to client challenges, we’d love to hear from you!
