Consultant - Arts, Culture & Heritage - International Consultancy

Job description

This international boutique is the go-to consultancy for anything in the arts and culture space and boasts an extensive list of clients including museums, art galleries, theatres, zoos, heritage sites, government bodies, and charities. Clients are both large and small – those you will have heard of and those you may not, but all with the ultimate aim of understanding and increasing their audiences, improving their experiences, and creating a brighter future for the sector and all the wonderful benefits it brings to both local and national communities.

Why apply?

Roles like this do not come up often! It’s the ideal opportunity for a researcher who is on the lookout for something different to work across truly meaningful projects. It’s the chance to do some good whilst not losing your commercial edge, and work completely remotely on a 35-hour week with time off in lieu for additional hours worked.

The Role

As a Consultant you will join a small team ANZ and play a senior role in the running of a mixture of quantitative (majority) and qualitative projects, all with a strategic edge. Projects cover audience experience and development as well as things like brand development, concept tests, market tests, programme, and exhibition evaluations, and you would need to be prepared to travel to client sites (museums, theatres etc) on occasion. On the more consultative side you will work across organisational development and human centred design and run client workshops to help them develop their vision and further understand their audiences.

What do they want?

  • Solid primary quantitative research skills (agency or clientside) – either MR or social research
  • A keen interest in the sector. You will need to be passionate and happy to immerse yourself in the world of art and culture
  • Great communication skills and experience developing relationships with clients
  • A great personality! Passionate, fun, kind, open, and positive
  • Working with third sector clients that would be a good extra, but not essential

In return you will be joining a truly inspirational team with a client list that any culture and heritage fan would envy.
