This is a strategic Market Research Agency that is in the business of solving problems. This Client Insights Director role will see you working with some of the business's flagship accounts, across a mix of sectors, to seek out opportunities and leverage the power of the research and strategy services offered by this smart team. An excellent communicator, you will draw on your board-ranging research and insights experience to understand the client's needs and translate them into action. You should have the confidence and commercial acumen to go and pitch for fresh work and client business. You will lead a small team and should be a strong people manager.

  • Advanced quantitative and qualitative research

  • Design thinking and customised digital publishing, microsites, and video storytelling.
 You are of course not expected to be an expert in all but this role does require a strong market research/consumer insights/strategy tool kit and you should have the commercial savvy to work closely with the expert teams to develop the right solution for the client.
