Associate Director – Media / Audience measurement – Project Management and Delivery

Up to £50,000 + Excellent Benefits – London / Hybrid (circa 2 days in the office)

Great opportunity to play an important role in the operational running of a major media measurement study. You will have the responsibility to deliver a large scale survey (over 50,000 interviews a year) collecting information on consumers which will feed into and help inform the panel measuring media consumption.

This role is focused on delivering the project, maintaining client relationships and would suit someone with a strong project management background. The role will be a mix of supplier, team and client management, spotting and solving problems ahead of time and maintaining excellent client service. Additionally, you will be ensuring best practice is maintained and research outputs are delivered to agreed standards.

In order to hit the ground running in this role you’ll need to demonstrate an interest in Media Research as well as a range of the following skills:

  • Experience of project and team management, including:

    • Supervising researchers to ensure they deliver a complex project accurately and to specification

    • Managing and collaborating with suppliers 

    • Well organised, able to work to deadlines with high levels of attention to detail

  • Research and technical skills, including:

    • Experience of quantitative research design and development

    • Experience of panel recruitment or participant engagement activities

  • Interpersonal skills:

    • Client management

    • Team management
