The role: Associate Director
As a senior figure within the business, the focus of your role will be to deliver-evidence based solutions to c-suite and board-level decision-makers, enabling them to make bold marketing, brand, and customer strategy actions. Equally confident with data analysis as you are with delivering presentations, you are a hands-on leader who leads by example.
High-end strategy work, playing up the value chain, your skills will be in your ability to:
Build trusted commercial stakeholder relationships at the executive level
Understand the complex brand, organisation, and people problems
Lead clients to think differently and challenge assumptions
Synthesise qualitative, quantitative, and advanced analytics into tangible and implementable recommendations

Present solutions to decision-makers and execute recommendations

6+ years of commercial consulting experience
Proven capability to understand complex marketing, brand, and customer experience insights
Track record of building and leading high performing stakeholder relationships
High EQ and a passion for mentoring smart thinkers
Self-driven mindset, comfortable and confident in engaging with clients
An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to think analytically, laterally, and creatively
