Strategist - Brand, Culture & Human Truths

Job description

We’re on the hunt for an energetic, creatively rebellious Strategist with cultural nous and curiosity aplenty.

You’ll already be working in a consumer insights role – building your consulting toolkit – but maybe you’re starting to feel a little constrained. Like your creativity could stretch further in an agency where you’re encouraged to be relentlessly bold, curious and fearless with new ideas – opening up entirely new directions for clients.

This role will see you:
  • Getting in front of clients across a broad mix of industries from day one
  • Unpacking and interrogating briefs across brand, experience, innovation and future-facing cultural trends
  • Designing bespoke consumer research approaches
  • Running workshops, IDIs, qual groups, ethnography, co-creation sessions and online communities – always looking for new ways to spark richer conversations and deeper human connection
  • Bridging the gap between brands, business challenges, human truths and cultural narratives
  • Presenting insights and strategy in creative, engaging formats (including video)
  • Having a lot of fun along the way
What you’ll love:
  • A leading indie agency – agile, fast-moving and highly creative
  • National scale with award winning rep
  • Multidisciplinary teams spanning quant, qual, behaviour and culture
  • AI-powered workflows that enhance (not replace) thinking
  • B-Corp values with a genuine commitment to social and environmental impact
  • An incredible client mix – from big brands to challengers and purpose-led organisations
  • 10 extra days of leave, plus curated events designed to energise, inspire and bring the team together
Sound like you?
We’d love to hear from qual-led strategists or dualists (qual + quant) with agency experience and a creative itch to scratch. You’ll have a solid understanding of the end-to-end research lifecycle, with some experience facilitating consumer conversations.
If you bring energy, ideas and a collaborative spirit in spades – they’ll teach you the rest.
