The Role
As a Research/Account Manager you will work from design to delivery on a strategic program for one of Australia’s leading grocery retailers and a leading banking client. These are integral and complex programs, spanning various business challenges such as brand, customer experience, and pricing. You will have the opportunity to turn your hand to every aspect of projects, developing your quantitative research and analysis capabilities, getting close to the client, and building upon your industry knowledge.
The role will be very consultative, and client facing and will require high levels of strategic thinking, and analytical capabilities to answer business critical questions.
As your confidence with clients and technical research capabilities build, you will see yourself progress to more senior levels.

About you 
  • Agency side experience running commercial quant research projects
  • Experience in survey design, data analysis and putting together insights stories
  • Experience using Q or SPSS
  • A genuine passion for data and consumer insights
  • You will be excited to work in consultative way with high-profile brands
  • Down to earth, smart, strategic – all words you would use to describe yourself
