Senior Survey Programmer/Team Lead - Leading Social Research Agency

This Melbourne based consultancy deliver high-impact insights to local, state, and federal government organisations. The Role
Sitting in the in-house data operations and scripting team, you will report directly into the COO and be primarily responsible for ensuring the Data Management team delivers the required data to internal and external clients as needed. This includes accurately and efficiently programming complex questionnaires, managing samples, and preparing complex and efficient outputs of tables/data for internal analysis or delivery to clients.
As well as being hands on with data management and survey scripting, you will be responsible for helping to train and upskills more junior members in the use of Confirmit/Forsta .
  
This is a senior position. Ideal for someone who has extensive experience in data operations and survey programming and is looking to step up into a team management role.

What do you need?
  
  • Expertise in Confirmit/Forsta
  • Experience in the market/social research industry, ideally within an agency environment
  • An open, down to earth personality with strong interest in social responsibility
  • Strong communication skills - someone who can make tech accessible to non tech people and be patient and understanding when it comes to training colleagues on new tools
