Senior Research Executive (Qual/ Quant) – Move to the buoyant healthcare sector!

London (Hybrid, c1 office day) £30-40,000 + bens + flexible working

A rare opportunity for a passionate researcher to join an energetic team of creative problem solvers who are Great Place to Work-Certified™!  As a rapidly growing, ambitious, and highly innovative agency, this team have presented their work at multiple global conferences, won awards, created new approaches and developed an impressive, diverse client base in their sector.

Specialising in the healthcare industry, the team here combine technology and human intelligence to deliver a richer understanding of customers, brands, and communications. Now starting their fifth year of business and rapidly growing, they are looking for a Senior Research Executive to join their team and play a key role in client projects and the future development of the business.

You will be running market research that helps the agency live up to their name and reputation as leaders in market research innovation and will therefore need to be open to trying new approaches - if you are the sort of person who likes to stay in your comfort-zone then this job is probably not for you. You will be heavily involved in trailing new technologies, platforms and ways of working, the end goal being to use innovation to work faster and smarter. You will be involved in the day-to-day facilitation of research projects (qual and quant) and have the freedom to work independently where you feel confident to do so but also alongside fellow team members where you need extra support.

Experience in the healthcare industry is not required – the team value diverse experience, but an interest in health/pharma and ability to learn quickly will be essential.

If the above sounds like you and you are keen to step up to a new challenge, get in touch!
