Senior Research Consultant - Top Agency Culture

This role has a quant leaning. Reports into a very supportive manager and mentor. And, is a full service consulting role where you will be able to take point on delivering research projects.
  
Key Responsibilities:
  • Confidently hold chats with clients to understand and anticipate needs
  • Have the drive to take on responsibility for projects, with the support of a Director
  • Design quantitative surveys and analyse data, which you can overlay with a strategic perspective.
  • Do some qualitative research – including design of approach and fieldwork.
  • Help to craft reports and story led presentations
  • Present insights and strategic roadmaps to clients to fulfill commercial objectives’
  • Sit comfortably as a mentor to junior researchers, and be a support to the senior team
  • Leverage insights from alternative sources, like their fabulous trends monitor.
Candidate Profile:
  • A quant leaning researcher with some qual, or a dualist.
  • Ideally 5 years + experience working in market or social research
  • Interested in working on product development, choice modelling, customer segmentation, customer experience and brand equity work for Banking, Energy and Retail clients
  • Interested in working on Social and Government projects.
  • Heaps of customised, ad hoc research experience.
  • Know your way around Q or SPSS.
  • Committed, fun, down to earth.
