As a Senior Quantitative Research Consultant, you will:
- Support Client Engagements: Assist in building and maintaining client relationships, contributing to strategic discussions.
- Design and Execute Research: Develop and implement research frameworks that blend creativity, theory, and advanced methodologies.
- Deliver Actionable Insights: Manage custom quant projects end-to-end — from questionnaire design and data analysis to storytelling, reporting, and presenting strategies that fuel client success.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with senior researchers, learning and contributing to the team’s growth and excellence.
- Contribute to Thought Leadership: Help shape industry thinking by contributing to articles on emerging methodologies, trends, and cultural shifts.
- Experience in Quantitative Research: 3+ years in agency or consultancy settings, with a focus on consumer behaviour, brand strategy, and innovation.
- Analytical Skills: Proficient with SPSS or Q, you're confident turning data into clear, strategic insights.
- Commercial Awareness: You understand how insights can drive business growth and market performance.
- Curiosity & Creativity: You’re naturally curious about people, culture, and how markets are shifting.
