- Lead the design and delivery of quantitative research programs, from proposals through to debrief
- Partner closely with clients, shaping conversations and guiding strategic direction
- Translate complex data into compelling, people-led insight narratives
- Apply behavioural thinking across projects spanning brand, CX, culture, and innovation
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team across tracking and ad-hoc studies
About You
- 6+ years’ experience in a research agency or research-led commercial environment
- Strong quantitative research design and analytical capability
- Confident storyteller with experience presenting to senior stakeholders
- Comfortable managing projects and contributing to proposals
- Curious, thoughtful, and interested in human behaviour
