About the role:
They’re looking for a Senior Insights Director to lead the research and consulting teams supporting a Tier 1 banking client, a flagship account at the heart of the business. You’ll deliver a powerful research program combining customer, market, and competitor insights, focused on product usage, advocacy, and behaviour.

• Subject Matter Expert: You’re fluent in CX, NPS, and the nuances of financial services. You know how to identify key drivers and what it takes to shift the dial.
• Client Champion: With a client-centric ethos, you will maintain a deep understanding of clients’ strategic priorities and demonstrate this understanding in your dealings with them.
• Research Champion: You understand the power of data and insights. Whether as a research supplier or user, you know its role in shaping business strategy.
• Mentor and Leader: You’re an inspiring manager who leads by example- coaching, developing, and elevating those around you.
• Presenter and Storyteller: You communicate with clarity and confidence, ensuring insights are not just understood but acted upon.
• Innovator: You keep an eye on emerging trends and technologies that can sharpen the team’s thinking and enhance client outcomes.
• Collaborator: You work cross-functionally, bringing together minds and methods to deliver the best possible results.
