Director - UK
c. £38 - 40,000; London/Hybrid Working
Hugely influential not-for-profit group that campaigns for further awareness on consumer choices vis-a-vis the environment re energy consumption has a key Senior Insight Analyst opportunity.
Working closely with the in-house insights time - which operates much like an internal market research/insight agency via the consumer survey/insights work and internal stakeholder liaison it undertakes - your role will be to take ownership of its additional data & analytics offering. In so do doing you'll effectively be blending additional forms of data, or taking deeper dives into existing datasets, in order to glean further key insights and impart these to your colleagues and wider stakeholders alike. You'll also be heavily involved with data visualisation, insights analysis related to econometric and statistical data, and essentially it'll be your project to build out further analytics capabilities within the team.
Ideally you'll be a strong communicator and insights specialist (most likely having worked with consumer data) from agency, consultancy or client side who has a very strong leaning towards or expertise in analytics. This is less suited to a regular quantitative market researcher - it's important you already have credible experience in analytics and data visualisation. Thus good proficiency with Excel and R is hugely advantageous, alongside knowledge of Tableau, plus demonstrable exposure to statistical and possible econometrics based analytical techniques.
This is a super Senior Insight Analyst role in a client side context which can combine a desire to work in the not-for-profit arena with your knowledge gained from already working with consumer data in an aforementioned data & analytics focused capacity. In return there's personal development, a lovely team, flexible/hybrid working and more besides for you to take advantage of.
