This is an amazing opportunity for a talented market researcher who would relish the chance to work with some of Australia's biggest businesses, government departments and those businesses in the NFP and for-purpose space. This is a Social and Government research role with a difference! This team sit as part of a wider commercial consultancy and their clients love them for the strategic lens they bring to everything they do. From working with a Top 4 Bank to help them navigate a way to becoming better Corporate Citizens, to working with a leading tourist attraction to re-brand themselves as a champion of the environment, to helping leading governments departments understand how everyday Australians experience and use healthcare services no two days are the same.

  • Key Opinion Research
  • Values, behavioural change research
  • Customer journey, service design & experience
On a day-to-day basis you will:
  • Help develop client relationships that thrive and endure.
  • Working with those clients to define their key business challenges and shape quantitative studies that will answer those challenges.
  • You’ll immerse yourself in the client’s business to establish a credible base of knowledge from which to understand their needs.
  • You’ll leverage your solid foundations in Quantitative Market Research (min 4+ years) to conduct, deliver and deploy research that is sharp, smart, inventive, pragmatic and commercial.
Whilst previous experience working in the social research space isn’t a prerequisite, an interest in the space is a must.
