Research Project Producer - Cultural Trends & Strategy Consultancy
Job description
Exclusive opportunity to join a Cultural Trends & Strategy Consultancy working on truly amazing briefs at the intersection of brand and culture!
You’ll bring calm (through your amazing organisation and planning skills) to the storm of fascinating projects for mega brands, especially in the social media, entertainment, tech, music tech, finance, and retail industries.
You’ll support your team of Strategists to launch, manage and deliver projects that research contemporary topics like; post pandemic travel markets, the shifting mentalities of Aussie youths, the cultural nuances of mega sales day activities or increasing inclusivity and diversity in mobile gaming!
This is a fascinating environment to flex your muscles as an enthusiastic and organised manager of projects.
Key tasks:
End to end project production process of qualitative and quantitative research projects
Including project costing and building the timeline
Identifying recruitment criteria and managing relationships with fieldwork suppliers
Ensuring projects are delivered on time and in budget
Communicating effectively internally and with clients
Project invoicing
Ideal experience and skills:
Previous experience working in a dynamic project management role
Ideally experienced in running similar projects ie) brand strategy, market research, creative agency
Able to work across multiple concurrent projects and deadlines
You can maintain quality under pressure
Excellent attention to detail
Confidence to suggest new approaches to improve efficiency
Ability to resolve problems with confidence
Flexible and fun work community!
