The agency has seen exciting growth this year and has even more pipelines for 2023 and are excited for a Research Manager to join them on their journey and be an integral part of their success:
A dualist, you’ll lead qualitative and quantitative research projects from initial proposal to final presentation and all stages in between, with a key emphasis on cultivating trusted client partnerships and delivering insights that drive meaningful change.
This role is perfect for someone ready for more. From day one have the autonomy and freedom to manage projects and clients independently, with the support of amazing senior mentors to guide you and juniors to assist in the nitty-gritty when needed.
Working across an interesting mix of commercial, social and government work, you’ll sink your teeth into answering questions that improve the human experience on projects from customer experience, behaviour change, communications, strategy, innovation, and user experience.

The essentials:
  • Commercial agency experience in qualitative or quantitative Market Research
  • An ability to transform data and stories into tangible insights
  • Curiosity to understand the why of human behaviour 
  • Proven experience managing projects end to end, equally confident running in-depth interviews and quant analysis as you are with delivering reports and presentations to clients
  • A desire to deliver meaningful work that adds value to Australian society
