Research Manager – Professional Services Clients – Strategic Consultancy

Fully remote or Hybrid/London Office, £35-45,000 + significant bonus + profit share

A strategic insight partner to the world’s advisory businesses, this boutique consultancy advises professional services firms and other B2B organisations to make smarter decisions.

Rapidly expanding, they are currently looking for a commercially minded Research Manager to play an integral role in the continued growth of the business.  Delivering client projects to support a range of strategic business issues including thought leadership, campaign research, growth strategies and client listening,

Key highlights of the role include:

  • Designing and project managing the successful delivery of client projects, including quantitative and qualitative research projects throughout the lifecycle of a project.

  • Being a key point of contact for clients

  • Conducting qualitative interviews and moderating focus groups with C-suite level respondents.

  • Preparing presentations that highlight conclusions and recommendations and presenting these to clients during facilitated debrief workshops.

  • Being an ambassador for the business by contributing their events programme, attending events and writing content for the website and industry publications.

With a background in either a research agency, an in-house insight role or strategic business consulting, you will ideally have experience of, or a strong interest in, b2b or professional services markets, although a comprehensive internal and external training programme will be offered to familiarise you with the consultancy’s key client sectors and propositions. The ability to apply the full research toolbox to client issues, strong project management and communication skills are also essential.
