Research Manager or Senior Research Executive– Transport/ Environment/Sustainability

Home Counties (1 office day a fortnight) - £30-40,000 + strong benefits

This expert consultancy has real influence – working with  transport executives, government departments and private sector,  they have helped their clients understand attitudes to rail fares, reducing carbon emissions and transport safety, engage and deliver insights on hard-to-reach consumers – a lot of their research has a strong accessibility and  sustainability element – expertise valued by all their clients. 

By understanding key drivers of behaviour and delivering meaningful insight which creates informed actions, they have enabled their clients and regulators to facilitate impactful behaviour change.

This research team is full of fresh thinking and keen to make a difference and seek a like-minded Researcher who is an excellent all-rounder, someone who is at home with all aspects of being research management, from hands-on delivery to client relationship development.

Conducting both quantitative (majority) and qualitative research across consumers and stakeholders, diverse projects will include workshops, stakeholder engagement, public consultation, deliberative research, customer experience, segmentation, evaluation and behaviour change.

You have credible research experience working gained within an agency, ideally (but not essentially) with some experience of working with in the social/ public sector. Supported by a collaborative management team, a passionate researcher with lots of empathy and ambition will thrive in this environment.
