• Source agnostic, and comfortable formulating insight and strategy from a wide variety of inputs; qualitative, quantitative data analytics, behavioural economics, cultural trends, and communications 
• Able to connect the dots and unafraid to ask questions against the norm  
• Fanatical about delivering high-quality work but can tread the line between perfectionist and pragmatist 
• Experienced delivering insights covering a range of topics, including tracking, usage and attitude, brand and communication development and testing, innovation, and NPD
• Skilled in growing long-lasting client relationships based on trust with commercial and social organisations  
• At home, both behind the tools and in the boardroom.  
• Team-focused and passionate about mentoring and knowledge sharing across the business, you view collective success as your success.
