Research Executive (FMCG) – Hampshire/Remote – Award-winning Insight Consultancy

To £30k+ amazing benefits

Are you a junior quant researcher with a passion for consumer brands? Are you fascinated by human behaviour? Do you love trying to find meaning in data? If so, this could be the role for you!

This award-winning consultancy they pride themselves on their open, diverse, and forward-thinking culture as well as their ability to excel in delivering strategic, impactful insights to some of the biggest FMCG brands!

As the newest Research Executive, you will enjoy a fast paced, varied role assisting across all aspects of the project process from client briefing through to presentation. Supported by your manager you will learn how to design and prepare research materials, analyse data, and put together compelling insights and narratives.  Although the role will have a heavy quantitative focus, there will be the scope to involve yourself in qualitative methods and develop expertise in this area, as well as work with new tools and concepts in the neuro and behavioural science space.

A fascination for understanding consumers, brands and culture is essential, alongside some experience in quantitative research – either through internships or current/previous roles. You do not need to be an expert at running consumer research yet, but a solid grounding and clear understanding of the project process, types of projects and methodologies will be key. You will have gained some experience in survey design and analysis already and will have strong verbal and written communication skills. You will have a creative spark, respect for others, and love partnering with colleagues, suppliers, and clients to solve the knottiest brand and business challenges.

An industry-leading benefits package, competitive salary, and excellent progression opportunities await the right candidate!
