Research Director – Qual-focused – Communication & Reputation Consultancy

Central London (Hybrid working) £75,000 -  £85,000 + strong benefits

This communications consultancy connect the dots between insight, strategy and creativity. They help fuel their clients’ campaigns, communication strategies and reputations with their insight driven research and their deliverables are tailored and impactful.

Working with leading brands and blue-chip corporations across a variety of sectors, the team love the strategic and high-profile nature of their work. They operate in an entrepreneurial and creative environment, working with Opinion Formers who shape and influence and the team is keen to use research in new and imaginative ways in order to meet their clients needs.

As a Director, you will manage big name client accounts and mentor junior researchers,  as well remaining hands-on conducting research – moderating groups and depths with key opinion formers. Growing existing client relationships, as well as contributing to new business wins, your insights will help clients define their strategic positioning, narrative and reputation strategy.

Adept at using qualitative (leaning) approaches to respond to client briefs, you will enjoy utilising the full methodological tool box and have a passion for keeping up with new insight techniques and developments within the industry.

Language skills are desirable (although not essential) to complement a diverse team working with top international clients, alongside previous senior-level experience developing reputation and communications strategies, thought leadership and message development for market leading brands.
