Research Director (4 or 5 days a week)  - Global Strategic Communications Agency & B-Corp!

Central London (Hybrid, 2 office days)

£65,000 - £80,000 + 30 days annual leave + option of 4 weeks working abroad per year!

Brilliant career move for a Research Director to take their experience into an insights-driven global strategic communications group and B-Corp! Part of a global research network, the UK based research team is expanding with this exciting new role working alongside the Head of Research, a team of researchers as well as experts in digital and brand strategy.

We are looking for Research Director with spark and energy, keen to apply new ways of working and strive to help clients get true value from insight. With strong mixed methods research experience (qual or quant leaning considered but happy to work across both methods) you will thrive on variety to lead a range of projects from reputation, brand positioning and market scoping through to communications evaluation, employee attitude and message testing.

Your clients will be from a mix of fascinating sectors including energy, consumer, transport, property, public affairs, property, financial and professional services, all seeking strategic advice that is insight-led. As well as being instrumental in the running of workshops and research events, you will also lead and contribute to high-profile thought leadership research into subjects such as ESG and the Cost of Living Crisis.

This role will suit a researcher who is a collaborative team-player, as happy to be hands-on with projects as they are to train and mentor junior researchers. Your gravitas and research expertise will enable you to quickly gain credibility with senior stakeholders and naturally you will be amazing at client management.
