As a Research Consultant in the Research & Advisory division, you’ll play a key role in delivering end-to-end projects from design and analysis to client presentation and strategic recommendations. - Managing and delivering mixed-method research projects (quant & qual)
- Turning data into clear, compelling insights and recommendations
- Building relationships with senior clients and supporting managers with proposals
- Mentoring junior team members and collaborating across teams
- Presenting insights that directly inform high-stakes decisions and campaigns
About You
You’re curious, strategic, and comfortable taking ownership. You enjoy the energy of consultancy life - tight-knit teams, diverse clients, and fast-paced problem solving.
You’ll bring:
- 2–4 years’ experience in market or social research
- Solid analytical and reporting skills (Q or R experience a plus)
- A knack for distilling complex data into clear, commercial insights
- A professional presence and confidence engaging with senior stakeholders
- An interest in brand, reputation, behaviour change, or communications strategy
