Key Responsibilities
- Work across multiple sectors, including FMCG, retail, QSR, and telco, building strong client engagement.
- Integrate transactional and survey data to craft compelling, actionable insights and recommendations.
- Solve complex business challenges using data to inform customer experience, category strategy, market share, penetration, basket size, and consumer preferences.
- Support questionnaire design and contribute to improving data quality for syndicated and custom research products.
- Assist in automating reporting processes and developing scalable data solutions.
- Present findings and facilitate workshops with clients.
- Experience in consumer insights, research, or strategy, ideally in a client-facing capacity.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to distil key insights from large, complex datasets (POS, survey, or both).
- Comfortable engaging with clients and communicating data-driven recommendations clearly.
- Technical proficiency with tools such as R, SPSS, Q, SAS, or similar (experience with DisplayR is a bonus).
- Passion for visualising data in innovative, impactful ways.
