The role: Research Account Director 
As Melbourne grows, they’re excited for a Quantitative (or dualist) researcher to join them as an Account Director and be a key part of their success. 
A career-progressing role, you’ll partner closely with the senior leadership team with exposure to all elements of the research cycle making a huge impact. With ownership for managing key client accounts, mentoring juniors and elevating the team's thinking. Seen as a trusted advisor, you’ll have a knack for storytelling, translating insights into recommendations that make informed decisions.

Key responsibilities:
  • Nurturing, managing and growing client relationships
  • Designing mixed method qualitative and quantitative research projects
  • Managing projects from pitch to presentation
  • Weave stories from data into actionable insights
  • Deliver strategic reports and client presentations
  • Support senior management with proposals, pitches & BD
  • Mentor, train and inspire junior members of the team

Desirable experience:
  • 5+ years of commercial market research/ consumer insights experience
  • Qualitative & quantitative methodological toolkit
  • Confidence in managing research projects from inception through to delivery
  • Versatile experience across industries and project types
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a desire to thrive within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
