Research Account Director - Trailblazing boutique
Job description
We’re looking for a special kind of researcher who wants to:

The role: Research Account Director
As Melbourne grows, they’re excited for a Quantitative (or dualist) researcher to join them as an Account Director and be a key part of their success.
A career-progressing role, you’ll partner closely with the senior leadership team with exposure to all elements of the research cycle making a huge impact. With ownership for managing key client accounts, mentoring juniors and elevating the team's thinking. Seen as a trusted advisor, you’ll have a knack for storytelling, translating insights into recommendations that make informed decisions.

- Nurturing, managing and growing client relationships
- Designing mixed method qualitative and quantitative research projects
- Managing projects from pitch to presentation
- Weave stories from data into actionable insights
- Deliver strategic reports and client presentations
- Support senior management with proposals, pitches & BD
- Mentor, train and inspire junior members of the team

Desirable experience:
- 5+ years of commercial market research/ consumer insights experience
- Qualitative & quantitative methodological toolkit
- Confidence in managing research projects from inception through to delivery
- Versatile experience across industries and project types
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a desire to thrive within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
