The role: Senior Account Director
  
This is a pivotal role within the organisation – leading high-profile clients end-to-end, elevating thinking, problem-solving, mentoring and supporting new business growth.
  
All projects are 100% customised—it’s high-end consulting on a variety of topics: segmentation, pricing, innovation, customer experience, and brand strategy. Clients span across all sectors, with a focus on FMCG in this specific team. 
  
You’ll deliver recommendations to C-suite decision makers, who will see you as trusted advisors, whilst also being happy to roll up their sleeves and be hands-on with deep execution of complex quant studies.
  
The ideal candidate for this role has experience with a variety of advanced quantitative market research tools, a commitment to continual skills development, and a deep fascination with consumer thinking and unearthing impactful insights.
  
The essentials, about you:
  
We’re looking to speak to applicants that have c7+  years of experience in consumer insights, quantitative research, strong technical capabilities, and a proven track record of managing client accounts and proposal writing. A strong understanding of the FMCG/Retail landscape would be highly advantageous.
