What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting the design and delivery of both ongoing tracking studies and ad hoc projects.
- Working hands-on with survey design, data analysis, and reporting.
- Using Q and other data tools to uncover consumer stories that answer real business questions.
- Managing elements of fieldwork, sampling, quotas, and weighting.
- Coordinating projects internally and with clients, ensuring smooth delivery.
- Presenting findings in a way that’s clear, compelling, and actionable.
- 1-3 years’ experience in quantitative research, ideally within insights or market research.
- A degree in a relevant field such as psychology, marketing, business, or similar.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn numbers into narratives.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within a supportive team.
- Familiarity with Q software (a plus, but not essential).
